We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a passion for hospitality.
Supervise daily restaurant operations (front-of-house & back-of-house)
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
Manage and train restaurant staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards across the restaurant
Monitor inventory, food cost, and wastage; coordinate with suppliers
Assist in menu planning, promotions, and events to drive sales
Handle cash flow, billing, and daily reporting to management
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Implement and maintain SOPs to streamline operations
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of restaurant software (POS, inventory systems)
Ability to work under pressure and handle busy operations
