Position Overview: The Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement solutions. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting. Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
